1. Registration Cancellation by Participant

Once registration and payment are confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

This applies in cases including:

• Change of plans or inability to participate

• Player/team withdrawal

• Injury or illness

• Travel or personal reasons

• Failure to attend scheduled matches

• Disqualification due to violation of league rules

2. Replacement / Squad Changes

Teams may replace or add eligible players, subject to the Legacy League squad and registration rules. Such changes will not qualify for a refund of the registration fee.

3. League Cancellation by Organiser

If Legacy League is cancelled entirely by the organiser and is not rescheduled, the applicable registration fee will be refunded to the registered team.

4. Postponement / Rescheduling

If the league is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances including weather, venue availability, government restrictions, force majeure or other operational reasons, the registration will remain valid for the revised dates.

No refund will be applicable solely because a participant is unable to attend the revised dates.

5. Match / Fixture Changes

Changes to match timings, fixtures, venues, formats or scheduling will not constitute grounds for a refund, provided the league continues to be conducted.

6. Disqualification

Any team or player disqualified for disciplinary violations, misconduct, use of ineligible players or breach of league rules will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Payment Gateway / Transaction Charges

Where a refund is applicable, any non-refundable payment gateway, transaction or processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for registration. Refund processing timelines may depend on the payment gateway and banking partner.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this policy will be considered solely by the Legacy League organisers on a case-by-case basis.

By completing registration and payment, the team/participant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.​
